plastic storage containers

Metabin Small Parts ContainersMetabin plastic storage containers are the ideal solution for the economic, high-density storage of small items. Metabins are moulded from a high grade, re-cyclable, co-polymer polypropylene, which is resistant to oils and most acid and alkaline solutions.
The profiled shelf tab on the rear edge means Metabins can be safely used on shelves as an alternative to self stacking or being supported on the louvred panel system. Hospitals, factories, museums, retail areas, in fact any small parts storage environment will benefit when kitted out with the Metabin range of containers and louvred panels.

Identification of the contents in each bin is made easy with particularly large labels whilst the micro-gloss finish adds style to the four attractive colours. Choose from Red, Blue, Yellow or Green and introduce a colour coding system to facilitate stock identification. Use a colour to indicate specific departments or simply use the colour options to enhance the working environment.

Metabins on ShelvesWhen used in conjunction with QB2 or QBL shelving, louvred back panels and louvred panel end frames make optimum use of the available storage capacity. For a cost-effective shelving / bin combination consider using Metabins with Metaclip rolled edge shelving. The profiled tab prevents the container from being accidentally pulled off the shelf.

Free-standing RacksMake use of empty wall space, fix a louvred wall panel over a bench or next to a serving counter and keep a stock of regularly used items close at hand. Free-standing racks are the perfect solution for storage of components alongside a production line whilst Metabin trollies can be used to transport marshalling kits around the factory floor. These are just a sample of how Metabin containers and louvred panels can be of benefit to you in your store, stockroom or production area.

Lockable CabinetFor the storage of valuable stock including automotive parts, electronic components, tools and even museum artefacts, choose a lockable cabinet with either shelves or a louvred panel back. These units combine the advantages of high volume storage with the added benefit of security and stock control.
