APR adjustable pallet racking is designed and manufactured to European standards and is the first choice for the safe and efficient storage of palletised goods. The design, supply and installation of warehouse racking is a significant part of the Metalrax storage and material handling portfolio. Pallet racking systems have been installed for airfreight distribution companies, steel stockholders, retail distributors and automotive component distributors to name but a few.A standard range of frames and beams can be configured to give the best storage solution to suit the needs of any client. Bolt together pallet racking frames, beams and accessories are held in stock to provide a quick delivery for clients who are looking to store standard 1000mm and 1200mm, one-tonne pallets. Each frame is pierced on a 50mm pitch to ensure optimum beam positioning to suit varying pallet load heights. Frames are available in a height range from 2000mm to 8000mm and a depth range from 700mm to 1200mm. Upright posts are epoxy powder coated Blue (RAL 5010) and the connecting bracing is galvanised. The maximum bay capacity is rated at 21,500 Kgs.
Beam widths range from 1350mm to 3900mm with a maximum uniformly distributed load of 5000Kgs and are epoxy powder coated Orange (RAL 2004).
Static arrangements of standard or narrow-aisle available to provide a choice of individual pallet accessibility or alternatively a high capacity solution.
